Bug List

1) Leaving your car keys inside a locked car.
-some cars don't have the key sensor and even so they don't have the sensor in the trunk

2)Moving furniture is exhausting and time consuming
- things are too heavy, furniture has to be protected, and you have to rearrange things once they're inside the truck

3) Highly used elevators that stop on floors with no people waiting for them
-More than one elevator is called on a floor and once a specific one comes, the other elevators still go to that floor because they were all called

4)The sensing traffic light on hull road and 34th can pick up cars but not scooters
-The scooters are not heavy enough to be sensed, or the sensing device used doesn't register a large enough area to change the light when scooters are waiting

5)Not being able to reach a customer a phone customer service representative
-Representatives are a last resort option after not being able to solve your problem with the options menu

6) Phone covers that don't protect your phone enough and still damage it
- Some phone protectors don't create enough distance between the floor on the screen making it almost pointless

7) Not getting the UF wifi in some spots even though you are on campus, like on the bus or walking down a sidewalk
-There is no way to get signal if you are not close to a building because of how routers work

8)Liking a relatively old Instagram post on someones Instagram when you only meant to look at the photo
-As you're swiping down to view more photos from a person the 'double tap' like can work against you and like a photo

9)Having to buy a stamp in order to send a letter
-Although it is highly important for the business it is a bother to have to buy a little sticker when basically it's all it is. Sometimes the can be hard to find as well and doing work for something that seems insignificant is annoying

10)Trying to watch a movie you really want to watch but Netflix doesn't have it on online stream
-If people could search any movie then they wouldn't watch other titles that they haven't heard of on Netflix as much because they can watch whatever they want and Netflix also can make more money by making it a separate service

11)Netflix only has subtitles in english  and my family speaks spanish
-It has subtitles for most if not all shows so doing them in other languages is gonna cost them time and money

12)Getting hit by a bug when you're on your scooter and you run into them. It is painful!
-school zone speeds don't require a helmet but one can still be useful. No one wants to look silly and wear something if they don't absolutely have to

13)Traffic slowing down for a long time when an accident happens
-They can be dangerous for those driving and those and the accident so some lanes might have to be cleared

14)When the radio repeats songs on the same car ride
-Not everyone is in their car constantly so the most popular songs are played to make most people happy and repeated to make sure someone who is driving at a different time still gets to hear the popular song

15)When you start showering and set it to warm water but cold one initially comes out and you're not expecting it
-Heating of the water is not done immediately and to have water come out as soon as you open a faucet some of it must not be in the heating section

16)Needing money for necessities but financial aid money doesn't get disbursed as soon as you need it so you have to ask parents
-Money is for school and it must be processed by the school and the disburser once school is in session and has workers

17)Trying to go into a club but you need to pay with cash so you need to go to an atm and take out $20 minimum
-There is no electronic alternative when there is a bouncer involved

18)Not having enough storage on your phone and you really need to take a picture and then phone doesn't allow you to
-Storage on a phone can be used up and you might not even notice and pointless things that you dont need take up space

19) Even with the use of shaving cream and after shave and gentle shaving i still get razor bumps
- There are some remedies to avoid this but shaving cream just doesn't provide enough protection to completely avoid this from happening.

20) Sending a snapchat to someone you didn't mean to because of the recipient's list menu layout
- touch icons are too small and spaced together and the send icon is on the same side as the icon for a a recipient

This assignment was mostly difficult for me because I do not save my ideas. I have been interested in entrepreneurship for a while so i am used to detecting bugs but it is much harder to do a large quantity of them at once when I usually make myself aware of bugs in the moment. It is much harder to think about what bothers you when you are not being bothered by it. Specially when in life other people have created things to make bugs as least prevalent as possible in life. This is how ideas are created and finding a very significant bug is difficult because many people look for them and then fix them if they are that important. But this is a great assignment for someone who has just been introduced to the way of thinking. It shows you how to get great ideas.
