Week 12 Reading Reflection

In this week's reading, growth, was discussed much more different than other things that are covered in this class. My biggest surprise therefore is that the author mentions how it is different for everyone and that there are a variety of obstacles you face during growth. I usually expect a general tactic that everyone can use. My biggest confusion involved the whole bureaucratization section. I think it needs more anecdotes to be more clear. If there was one thing I could ask the author it would be pertaining to my surprise. What's the one tactic that can solve the most problems for growth? Also what specific types of things an examples should I apply 1000 "no"s to? There was nothing I disagreed with this week.
